In-house vs Revly

Before you hire someone to run TikTok Shop, run the number.

Everyone quotes you the salary. Nobody quotes the ramp, the tools, the recruitment fee, or the risk that the one person you hired is the wrong one. Put your number in — the honest total is usually a surprise.

Two ways to run the channel
Path A

Hire in-house

One person. Months to find, months to ramp, tools on your card, and the whole channel resting on a single hire.

Path B

Revly

An affiliate-led team, a creator network and the full tool stack — live in weeks, paid partly on the GMV it actually attributes.

The real cost

What in-house actually costs

Set what you'd realistically pay. Everything updates live.

If you hired in-house

In-house · year 1
€0
Fixed cost you pay regardless of results. And the channel only starts producing in month 5.
Revly
A fraction
A fraction of a full-time hire — part fixed retainer, part tied to the GMV we drive, paid on results. Live in weeks. Network & tools included. Cancel on 30 days.
That’s the guaranteed cost of one in-house hire — before a single sale, and with the ramp and the risk on you. Revly costs a fraction of it, we’re live in weeks, and part of our fee only kicks in on the GMV we actually drive.

Straight talk

When you should hire in-house instead

We'll say it plainly.

If you're a large brand with hundreds of SKUs, TikTok Shop is already a core channel, and you want a permanent internal team you fully control — hire. In-house wins when the channel is big enough to keep a specialist busy full-time and you're building lasting internal capability. If you're getting a channel off the ground, testing whether it carries your margin, or can't justify a €70–100k full-time bet before the first sale — that's exactly where an agency is the cheaper, faster, lower-risk call. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you.
